The Hidden Human Test Subjects of Technoligarch Peter Thiel

The Halford Vaccine Incident & how a tech Billionaire exploited it.

William Halford,a biology professor & virologist at Southern Illinois University (SIU), obsessively worked on creating a herpes vaccine in a seriously disturbing & controversial way. Marred by unfortunate circumstances, Halford ran unauthorized trials, Nazi-like testing on human subjects within the US that spurred serious injuries and contentious legal battles. All of this made possibly thanks to the financial support of a B-list Hollywood producer and the immense funding provided by Technoligarch Peter Thiel.

Halford’s work began with an idea to create a live, weakened herpes simplex virus (HSV) vaccine for both HSV-1 & HSV-2. His experiments in 2011 showed some promising results. Mice given the vaccine had a 99% survival rate, compared to only 6% in unvaccinated mice. But, not only were these results not peer reviewed or replicated at the time, the results were skewed by a nefarious catalyst, mortality. In the midst of what Halford saw as the actualization of his life's legacy, he was been diagnosed with aggressive nasal cancer at the young age of 42.

Desperate to create a name for himself in the elite world of scientific breakthroughs, Halford went rogue. He decided that the safety protocols, oversight, and specifically the FDA’s approval process was too difficult, unnecessary but most concerning to Halford, it was too slow for the little time he had left. So, he decided to skip it entirely, a choice that would truly define his career and legacy.

Sometime in 2013, Halford began unauthorized human trials in a hotel room in Illinois. Halford was a research scientist whose experience in science was confined within the walls of a laboratory, not in an examination room. He was not a practicing physician. That however was trivial as Halford played the role of a Doctor as he carried out the first round of his secret human experimentation. Despite the unethical, immoral and illegalities facing his actions, Halford injected 9 people with his experimental concoctions. Some reported fewer herpes outbreaks, but others experienced worsening symptoms. A couple of his test subjects, due to the live attenuation of the "vaccines" ended up with a different type of Herpes than the one they already had. Effectively giving some patients [all who had some form of Herpes] a new virus. Some with HSV-1 were accidentally infected with HSV-2 and vice versa. Without proper monitoring, regulations, government oversight, or any safety measures, the hotel-room experiments were far from professional, legal or safe.

By 2016, Halford had moved his experiments to St. Kitts in the Caribbean, with $700,000 in funding from a eccentric B-List Hollywood producer, Agustín Fernández III. This time, 20 human participants were involved, but there were still no control groups or oversight to ensure the vaccine was safe or effective! While some participants reported improvement, others experienced serious adverse events. It was sometime near the St.Kitts experiments that Halford & his hopeful vaccine company received unmatched financial support from not a doctor, but a technocrat, Peter Thiel.

The outcome of the trials, according to Halford, were immensely successful. The reality, however painted a much darker picture:

1. No Oversight: Halford’s trials lacked FDA and institutional review. Moved out of the country to evade regulations and scrutiny.

2. No Controls: Absence of a placebo group undermined scientific validity.

3. Dismissed Risks: Adverse effects in his test subjects were criticized and minimized in reports.

4. Selective Results: Halford omitted negative outcomes when presenting findings.

|| Halford's Rational Vaccines & Thiel’s Multi-Billion Dollar Backing ||

In 2015, Halford co-founded Rational Vaccines with Fernández. Backed by billionaire Peter Thiel to the tune of a $7 million investment the company was able to use the money off the ensuing lawsuits dished out by Halford's injured test subjects. Why would Thiel invest in such horrendous medical malpractice. Being a 1st generation German immigrant one would think he'd be hesitant of medical experimentation that could be described as being fruit from a Gobbles/Nazi tree & thus would have dissuaded Thiel. However, this wasn't the case, rather Thiel was seemingly indifferent. His attitude was fueled by his long standing need for pushing the limits of innovation- a sentiment relayed in his constant criticism of the FDA processes.

Halford's Rational Vaccine's biggest backer, Peter Thiel, the billionaire co-founder of Palantir Technologies only added to the controversy. Critics argued that Thiel’s financial influence allowed him to sidestep important safety rules, putting patients at risk -a concern that I personally agree with.

By 2019, Rational Vaccines was still facing $5 million in legal fees from lawsuits alleging vaccine-related harm. A 2022 FDA investigation resulted in a $2.5 million settlement. Efforts to refine the vaccine under proper protocols resumed, with $8 million secured for COVID-19-related research. Despite progress, public trust remained low….

...but as since money is the root of all evil & in the United States its all about 'who' you know rather than 'what' you know, Rational Vaccines was magically blessed in the form of what appears to be another instance of bureaucratic-nepotism. The intelligence community, big pharma & Thiel's ultra sus' network swooped in to save Thiel's shady investment in Rational Vaccines Herpes vaccines. A vaccine might I add, that is now being funded by the NIH.

During my research on Thiel’s connections more questions arose, but along with them more answers surfaced too.

Here is where context and details began to display a systemically dire situation:

-Thiel founded Palantir. Palantir’s co-founder, Joe Lonsdale, sits on the board of a CIA shell company disguised as a new pharmaceutical start up called Resilience Inc. [you can read more here in my viral thread about Resilience & their rise to COVID-19 fame thanks to the CIA's venture capital arm, In-Q-Tel.]

-Not only has Lonsdale injected himself into Resilience he put his company, 8VC, a venture capital firm and their co-founder, Drew Oetting into Resilience. 8VC is proudly listed as a Resilience Partner.

-Last but certainly not least, Chris Darby, the then president of the CIA's VC investment fund, In-Q-Tel was the integral seed funding for not only Palantir, but also Resilience & Flagship Pioneering

Of the endless questions I still have I'm left asking why are we allowing brutish billionaires to immerse themselves in clearly unethical actions that have and will effect the lives of millions of unsuspecting people? How can we trust anyone with Thiel's level of indifference towards safety and propriety? Currently, we don't have a choice since Trump nominated Thiel's decade-long Chief of Staff, Michael Kratsios, to be the new Director of the Office of Science & Technology Policy- the highest scientific position in the cabinet. Should we be concerned knowing that Trump still touts Operation Warp Speed as a magnificent effort?

Was all of this a means to distract us from the Nuremberg Code bending of the Halford human experiments or possibly to keep us guessing so that no one looks into the mysterious sudden death of Peter Thiel's "kept" boy-toy/sex-toy

……..Wait...isn't Thiel married?

Forget that, this was no husband. This was a play thing, a model and social media influencer named Jeff Thomas-who btw was actively trying to turn Thiel away from Trump and the GOP which he was being successful at until he was "suicided" on March 8th of 2023.
