Operation Warped Science Part 3
From Bioweapons to Warp Speed: The Evolution of U.S. Biological Defense Programs
Today we will be looking into the historical trajectory of U.S. biological defense programs and how they’ve unveiled a deeply complex evolution, one that is infiltrating the world of public health and is now rapidly developing into a medical-military complex. The long sought after days of the government controlled and directed Bio-revolution have unfortunately arrived. Today we’ll delve further into the roots of these programs and how they opened the door and ushered in Operation Warp Speed [OWS]. The United States' relentless pursuit of a militarized public health- all in the name of biosecurity was by no-means an expeditious feat but its operations were indeed warped but, all in the name of “National Security,” of course…
A Historical Overview of U.S. Bio-weapons Research
1970-2004: The Shift from Offense to Defense
1970: Following President Nixon's 1969 directive, the U.S. destroyed its biological warfare stockpiles, marking a significant pivot from offensive capabilities to defensive measures.
Early 1970s: Fort Detrick, initially an offensive biological warfare research center, transitioned to focus on defensive research and the development of medical countermeasures [MCM].
1972: The Biological Weapons Convention (BWC) was signed, prohibiting the development, production, and stockpiling of biological weapons, reinforcing the U.S. commitment to defensive bio-research.
1989: The U.S. reaffirmed its BWC commitments, emphasizing defensive measures against biological threats.
1990s: USAMRIID (United States Army Medical Research Institute of Infectious Diseases) at Fort Detrick became the primary U.S. facility for medical biological defense research.
2001-2004: The anthrax attacks heightened bio-defense research urgency, leading to the establishment of the National Bio-defense Analysis and Countermeasures Center (NBACC) in 2004, marking a significant expansion in bio-defense infrastructure .
Collaborations with the Army and JPEO
The U.S. Army through its Medical Research and Development Command (USAMRDC) and their Contracting Command [ACC]collaborates closely with several military and governmental bodies to enhance biosecurity:
- In 2008, the Army acknowledged the establishment of the Army Contracting Command which falls under the command of the U.S. Army Materiel Command. One of their primary contracting command centers is the Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG). The APG focuses on research, development, testing, and evaluation of military technologies, including MCMs.
The ACC’s Natick Contracting Division (NCD) is a subordinate organization under the U.S. Army Contracting Command-Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) NATICK specializes in food, personal sustainment items and support systems, collaborating with USAMRDC on projects related to soldier health and performance.
Interestingly enough, the “vaccines” that were administered in the United States for Covid-19 were ALL contracted through the US Army’s NATICK division which at the end of the day falls under the DOD’s OSD/OSAD [Office of the Secretary of Defense] and more specifically they fall under the leadership of the Assistant to the Secretary of Defense for Nuclear, Chemical and Biological Defense Programs (ATSD(NCB) (CBDP)). These offices are also in charge of DARPA, and the DTRA.
Chemical and Biological Defense Programs [CBDP] itself was established in 1994 to provide chemical and biological defense capabilities in support of national military strategies, with its science and technology programs managed by the Defense Threat Reduction Agency's [DTRA] Joint Science and Technology Office for Chemical and Biological Defense (JSTO-CBD).
Joint Program Executive Office for Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear Defense (JPEO-CBRND)
The JPEO-CBRND made many vital partnerships that acted as steppingstones for how the US chose to respond to the Covid-19 pandemic. Examples of these partnerships include the following:
2003: JPEO-CBRND was established to enhance the DoD’s ability to respond to chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear (CBRN) threats consolidating multiple program management offices to fast-track acquisition and sustainment of CBRN defense equipment.
2005: JPEO-CBRND oversees the Joint Project Manager Guardian, responsible for the Chemical Biological Defense Program.
2014: Major reorganization within the JPEO-CBRND occurs as the Advanced Development Manufacturing [ADM] program’s investments begin.
2020: JPEO-CBRND plays a critical role in the response to the COVID-19 pandemic, including the development and distribution of “vaccines” and therapeutics.
The Advanced Development and Manufacturing (ADM) Progra & How a Bio-weapons company and the US Government weaseled its way into COVID-19 Pandemic Response and Operation Warp Speed.
In 2013 the DoD via the JPEO-CBRND established the ADM facility to ensure the nation had the capability to quickly turn out a large number of vaccines and therapeutics in response to emerging biological threats. Ology, founded in 1999 has developed over the past decade medical countermeasures with a focus on manufacturing pharmaceuticals against biological threats to our military.
The official opening of the laboratory for Ology’s/DoD-ADM facility in Alachua, Florida was in 2016. The state-of-the-art facility featured four independent processing suites, compliant with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and Bio-safety Level 3 (BSL-3). The lab began its operations by focusing on developing MCMs for various biological threats, including viral and bacterial pathogens, and those of which were primarily concerning biological weapons. Early projects included producing therapeutics for chemical warfare agents and developing vaccine candidates for weaponizable selected agents.
Between 1999 when the company was first named Nanotherapeutics to their collaboration with the JPEO when it was rebranded Ology, to the 2021 contract they landed with Moderna when their name became National Resilience Inc the company had changed names/rebranded themselves a total of 6 times. The official tax & business records prove the actual current name is Government Resilience Services Inc. It was in the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, that Resilience underwent a massive & strategic expansion.
By April of 2021, National Resilience had absorbed Ology Bioservices, and along with it they inherited the ADM structure already set up in Alachua-which further enhanced the company’s capabilities. This critical acquisition expanded Resilience’s infrastructure, allowing it to increase its manufacturing output. It also meant that Resilience was the sole owner of the BSL-3, under contract with the DOD, that Ology owned and operated on for years. The BSL-3 that Ology had acquired had spent nearly 7 years manufacturing bio-weapon countermeasures and in 2021 it would later be used to produce Moderna’s the C19 jabs.
Despite the acquisition of Ology by early 2021, Resilience/Ology went to great lengths to deceive the American Public, their stake holders and the rest of the world by pretending that Resilience was a harmless bay area start up company. Their attempts to deceive were successful, because in September of 2021 when Moderna made a press release on its website announcing that Resilience would be making their Covid-19 injections no one batted an eye.
The reason being is that the public had no idea that Resilience wasn’t new nor was it your average pharmaceutical company… At least not when one takes the time to look into the company’s lengthy history. It was, however, a biological weapons defense manufacturer. I think that everyone can agree that if Moderna, or Resilience had been transparent about these facts that many people all across the world would have decided to forgo Moderna’s jabs entirely.
